I practice attachment-based therapy. I also practice from a feminist/multicultural model. I am offering telehealth sessions only during this pandemic. I am also LGBTQAI+ affirming and I use the pronouns she/her.
I have a B.A. in Philosophy from Westminster College. I earned my M.Ed. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). I have been married for 20 years and have two wonderful boys and a terrible sheepadoodle named Martha. When I have some free time, I enjoy traveling—especially to Nordic and Scandinavian countries (I like the cold), taking very long walks, and hanging out with my sisters who are my soulmates.
I consider myself to be a story collector and it is the greatest honor of my life to hear the stories my clients choose to tell.
